Last revised: 30 September 2026 · Studio: Rakesh Kode
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Mac Upgraded studio website and any native software applications provided by Rakesh Kode (including Paperleaf, Pathway, Murmur, Paperbeam, NFC Pocket, and Brickr).
1. Software License
When you acquire or download our applications (via direct DMG package or the Apple App Store), you are granted a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and execute the software on your personal or company Apple devices in accordance with the following terms:
- You may use the software for personal, educational, or commercial business operations.
- You may not disassemble, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where explicitly permitted by applicable law.
- You may not redistribute, repackage, or resell modified binaries of the applications.
2. Apple Platform Agreement
For applications distributed through the Apple iOS App Store or Mac App Store, your license is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, the terms of Apple's EULA shall govern for store-distributed builds.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The software and websites are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we take pride in rigorous software testing and Apple native engineering standards, Rakesh Kode does not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, in no event shall Rakesh Kode or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption) arising out of or related to your use of the software.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
