These terms govern your download, installation, and use of Pathway, the native dual-pane file manager for macOS created by Rakesh Kode.

1. Free & Open Software License

Pathway is distributed as free native macOS software. You may download, run, and use it across personal and commercial macOS workstations without licensing fees.

2. Filesystem Integrity & Safe Operations

Pathway performs standard macOS POSIX and FileManager operations (copy, move, delete, rename). As with any file management tool, you should maintain current backups of important data via Time Machine or similar backup solutions. Rakesh Kode is not liable for inadvertent file deletion or data loss caused by user operations.

3. Offline Guarantee

Pathway contains zero analytics beacons, zero telemetry, and zero remote connections. It runs 100% locally on your Mac processor.
